Lake Ozark is a small city in Camden and Miller Counties in Missouri. The town sits right along the Lake of the Ozarks, hence the name. There are no veterinarians in Lake Ozark, but just down the road in Osage Beach, there are two your furry pal can visit.

Cherokee Park is a great park to spend the afternoon out with your pup. The park has a playground, skate park, and basketball court, plus a gazebo for shade if you want to sit and relax. Take a walk along the paved walking path throughout the park to get a good day of exercise in. The park also offers tons of grass that Fido can cool down on after a walk. 

If your dog is craving some off-leash time, check out the Dog Park which is located inside Cherokee Park. The park offers a ton of room for your dog to run around in, plus trees for shade, a pool to cool down in, and clean-up bags if you forget yours. There are extra toys lying around that your dog can play with, plus benches and picnic tables for owners. The park even offers spare leashes in case you need an extra one.

The park also has five different trails running through it including the Bluesteam Knoll Trail which is a great trail for everyone since it is only 0.80-miles long. The park also offers longer trails if you and Fido want a more challenging walk. Located in Kaiser and only four miles out from Lake Ozark, your dog will love this park.

This pawtastic spot is located in Climax Springs, and only twenty miles out of Lake Ozarks.

Located in Eldon, and only fourteen miles out of Lake Ozark, you both will have a great time in this park.
