“Extreme Dog Lover with a Big Heart”
From a young age, I have enjoyed being with dogs of all sizes. Dogs are the best friends to have especially on the hard days. I have been around dogs for a long time through neighbors and relatives. I have experience giving medicine pills. I am looking into getting more certifications. They are a member of the family and I will do my best to give them the care and love that you would give them if you were there. My goal for each visit is to give them the most love and fun while I am there.

I've had dogs in my life as far back as I can remember! My last dog Dakota was the best yellow lab ever. He was well cared for over the course of his 12 long years with my family and I. I'm the type of person that will probably acknowledge your dog in public before you lol

I've walked dogs since I was able to walk. I've walked big, little, young and old dogs. My job is to make your days easier by making sure your dog enjoys great days by getting exercise and loving companionship. You can be assured that he/she will be in good hands and well rested when you get home! I've had hands on training experience with my own puppy. With me, you can be assured that your dog is in the hands of a professional and caring pet walker.

Hi my name is Cierra. I was a vet tech for 3 years. My husband was injured in Afghanistan so I am his full time caretaker. I miss being able to spend time & interact with animals. Being away from your babies is hard enough having someone you can trust is so important. I will treat your dog like my own with lots of love & attention. I am available 24/7 & at the last second. Which works perfectly when needed at the last minute.

Since a little child, I have thoroughly loved being with pets especially dogs. They just brighten up the day and are the best companions to have especially on those rough days. They love you for who you are. I have grown up around dogs. I had two in my house growing up and they were my favorite part of the day. I also live around dogs in my neighborhood and have close family with dogs. I know that dogs can be like a member of the family and I want to be able to care for them for you when the busy days get in the way. I will treat them like they were my very own and give them the proper love that you would give them if you were here. I love and enjoy all kinds and sizes of dogs!

I have had pets all my life & I have been a pup parent for over 20 years now. My dogs are like my children and I treat all dogs as if they were my own. I have been involved with animal rescue for many years now and have fostered dogs. I am also always volunteering to watch or walk my friends & families dogs too. Your trust and your dog's safety, while having all their needs & more met, is my utmost concern. I'd love the opportunity to meet with you and your dog(s) and be their new best friend.

Hi, I’m Laura! I grew up in the “quiet corner” of Northeastern Connecticut. Surrounded by family farms, it was there that I learned to treat animals with love and kindness, above all else. I’ve since retired and relocated and have been grateful to call South Carolina home since 2005. I have 4 grown children, 4 grandchildren, 2 dogs--Copper and Cairo--and a cat named Cricket. I have experience with many different dog breeds, but Copper is a Boxer and Cairo is a Belgian Malinois. One of the best parts of my day is seeing how happy they are when they have my full attention. I am lucky enough to have a flexible schedule and would love to have the opportunity to brighten your best friends’ day with a Wag! Walk when you’re unable to be there.

Cedar Mountain, North Carolina is a low-population, unincorporated community near the mountains of the state. There are no vet clinics here, so you’ll have to do a little traveling for doggie healthcare if you live in the area.
Cedar Mountain also isn’t known for being the best place for your pawesome friend, but there is a trail here that you and your pooch will love! Cedar Rock Trail stretches almost three miles through the DuPont State Forest and has some great places to stop and view the local wildlife and natural scenery. There are even some lakes and waterfalls here that your pooch will go mutts for if he loves the water!
Or, travel about an hour to Greenville, South Carolina. It’s a bit of a drive, but the city offers plenty of fun for your pup. Mice on Main is a fun scavenger hunt that brings you through the middle of Greenville, where you can see artwork and window shop at the local shops. You can even take your pup to the Greenville Gemstone Mine to shop for gemstones, jewelry, and more. If you don’t mind a bit of driving for a unique day out with your dog, Cedar Mountain can be a good spot for both outdoor adventure and fun explorations!
Just over 11 miles from Cedar Mountain, North Carolina is the Franklin Park neighborhood of Brevard. This rural area sits near the Great Smoky Mountains and offers the pawfect location for you and your dog to enjoy the great outdoors. The area has two fun trails that are dog-friendly, so bring your pooch, your walking boots, and some doggie clean-up bags and get ready to explore! The Cat Gap Loop is five miles long and winds through natural streams. Coontree Loop Trail is a bit shorter, around 3.7 miles, but has plenty of beautiful nature features to see no matter what season you happen to visit.
The Pinehurst neighborhood of Hendersonville, NC is about 20 miles from Cedar Mountain. Here, you can visit Pet’s Own Place Dog Park, a large field that has become an unofficial dog park for residents and visitors. Your dog will have tons of space to run and play with other dogs! You can also take advantage of the many dog-friendly dining opportunities in Pinehurst, like Sol Y Luna, a Mexican restaurant that has tables near the sidewalk that you can sit at with Rover. Two Guys Pizza & Ribs offers a casual dining spot for you and pooch with tons of food options, from pizza to subs.
Blue Ridge in Landrum, South Carolina has an antique mall that you and your dog can visit for a unique shopping experience. The Savvy Scavengers Antique Mall and Marketplace has a huge area of vintage items and fun finds, and it welcomes your well-behaved pooch to join you on your shopping trip. Southside Smokehouse and Grille is a good place to stop when you’ve finished your shopping and are ready to enjoy a meal at an outdoor table with your pup.
Just under 36 miles from Cedar Mountain is the Willow Heights neighborhood of Greenville, SC. One of the most pupular places in the city of Greenville lies in the Willow Heights area: Paris Mountain State Park. This paw-friendly park allows leashed dogs in most areas, including the walking trails and campgrounds. The Paris Mountain Campgrounds has 39 sites with nearby restrooms and showers and allows dogs to join their families in their tents or on the grounds (just not in cabins). The park also has some boating and canoeing rentals, and well-behaved dogs can join their owners for a trek out on the lake.
Cherrydale in Greenville, SC, is about 33 miles from Cedar Mountain. This neighborhood is the home of the pupular Red Barn Dog Park, a small but cozy fenced-in park for your dog to meet some new friends and run his energy out. When you both are done playing at the park, head to Atlanta Bread, a casual eating spot with everything from sandwiches to soups, to get your fill on yummy food. Or, try Cook Out, a place famous for its delicious burgers and a pawtastic place to enjoy a meal with your pooch. The outdoor tables here are dog-friendly!
