College Court Coghill
Students and their dogs are thrilled that right near the East Carolina University, there are some great spaces for walking and playing fetch. Right through this neighborhood runs the Greens Mill Run Greenway. This river is a popular area to hunt for fossils, but also provides a great walking path to stretch your legs and paws. Just north of the greenway, you’ll find Elm Street Park. This spacious, shady park is great for families, including the family dog of course, as long as he stays on a leash. Amenities include baseballs fields, playgrounds, clean bathrooms and water fountains. All you need to bring are doggy waste bags and treats.
