Woodridge

Woodridge

Medford, New Jersey is only a 20-minute drive from Atco, and this 11-mile trip will get you to the Freedom Dog Park. Compared to many dog parks, Freedom Dog Park is massive at 20 acres. There are some areas of the park that are not entirely fenced in, but if your dog responds to voice commands, it will still be a great off-leash park for you to take them to. There are miles of paths in the park, and there is also a large creek and several small streams throughout the park where dogs love to cool off.

It takes less than 15 minutes to make the seven-mile drive from Atco to Gibbsboro and the United States Avenue Trail, or as it is often referred to as by locals, The Green Trail. This trail is part of a network of former railway lines that have been converted into trails across America where people can run, walk, bike, or walk their dogs and enjoy the outside. This particular part of the trail stretches for two miles, and its smooth asphalt surface is ideal for plenty of different activities. Your trek along the path with your dog will take you past several different sights worth stopping to take a look at.
