Hoot Owl Estates
Hoot Owl Estates is a large neighborhood catering to pups of all sizes and energy levels. The neighborhood itself boasts a fantastically large green space called Hoot Owl. This park is heavily treed with trails for dogs and their owners to explore. A body of water outlines Hoot Owl, allowing dogs to have a quick swim or chase a stick thrown by their owner into the water. The northeastern section of the neighborhood between White Birch Trail and W Delaware Trail is also home to a large, treed green space with even more trails and water for residents of this neighborhood to utilize.36

Within the neighborhood lies Old Pine, a large green space that is heavily treed and heavily trailed, providing ample spaces to try out a new walking, running, or biking route with your furry friend. Within Old Pine runs the Haynes Creek, offering splash opportunities for your pooch. The Lake Pine neighborhood is also home to Lake Pine itself, a great body of water your dog can play in.
