Princeton Ridge
Princeton Ridge is a larger neighborhood in Princeton that features a few large parks. If you like treed in areas with lots of trails, washrooms, water access, and adventure, this is a great neighborhood to be in with your pooch. Situated towards the middle of the neighborhood is Woodfield Reserve, a highly talked about park with lots of hiking and running opportunities. Benches can be found throughout, as well as spots to relax by the water. Princeton Township Park is another treed in green space towards the North end of the neighborhood, and John Witherspoon Woods borders along the East side of the neighborhood.

North East Princeton
North East Princeton is pawsitively spectacular for pooches and their owners! Residents are fortunate as they have direct access to Grover Park, a nice open space to play a game of ball in, catch a Frisbee, or simply run around. The park is a great place to spend the day as there are picnic tables and various open spaces all around. Just want to have a sit down? There are benches located in various parts of the park as well. Nearby, residents will find a variety of dog friendly restaurants, including Mediterra and Blue Point Grill.

Littlebrook North
What’s the best part about living in Littlebrook North? Well, for dogs and their owners, one of the biggest perks is having direct access to Herrontown Woods Arboretum. Here, residents can explore the wilderness in their own backyard. Enjoy a nice walk in the woods together under the big green trees, check out the abandoned houses, and take a rest at a quiet and peaceful sitting area towards the rear of Stone Hill Church. If your dog likes to chase the birds, be sure to keep him or her on a leash as there are plenty to see!

Community Park North, a park of the same name, is situated within this neighborhood, providing access to two beautiful lakes, an outdoor theater to watch summer shows together, and lots of trails for hiking, both paved and dirt. Canal Pointe
Canal Pointe may seem like a small neighborhood, but its location makes pups and their people very happy! This neighborhood is situated right along the Delaware River and Raritan State Park Trail, a long stretch of green space where residents can go for scenic walks along the water and explore the many trails. There are benches along the way, and your pup can splash in the canal while you sit for a rest. Not too far away is a pooch friendly restaurant called Metro North where small pups are welcome to dine!
