Dog Walking in Sea Girt

The peaceful borough of Sea Girt is located right by the Atlantic Ocean, boasting spectacular waterfront views from all over town. With sandy beaches, grassy parks, dog-friendly restaurants and a highly rated animal hospital, this laid-back town will no doubt charm both you and your pooch.

Sea Girt is home to a couple of pawtastic parks, with one of the most popular being Edgemere Park. This large park is so beautifully landscaped, making it a great spot for a picnic or a scenic stroll on its paved path. Crescent Park is also worth a visit, with its playground, tennis courts, paved walking path, and picnic benches.

If your pooch prefers beaches to parks, the beaches of Sea Girt are open to dogs from September to March. These sandy stretches are always fun to play in, but remember that you will still need to keep your pooch on a lead at all times.

For pups who enjoy dining out, there are a couple of dog-friendly restaurants in Sea Girt that Fido will love. Fratello's Restaurant has a casual vibe and serves up authentic Italian dishes alongside specialty cocktails, while OMG! Yogurt is the perfect place to stop at for some dessert.

With such a pawsome variety of activities to choose from, there is so much for both humans and canines to see and do in Sea Girt.
