The beautiful city of Clovis, New Mexico, is located in the eastern part of the state just minutes from the New Mexico/Texas line (endearingly referred to as Texico). The city is well-known for its role in the early days of rock music, but takes a slightly more subdued tone these days. The city was founded over 100 years ago and has been growing steadily ever since!

No need to worry if you are traveling to or just passing through Clovis with your dogs. There are five vet clinics in town that will help make sure your pup is in tip-top shape. The veterinary supplies and private veterinary facilities are mostly for the dairies that run the economy here, but if you have a concern, the friendly people here will be more than happy to lend a hand if they can.

Having a dog in Clovis is commonplace for home owners. Many homes come with acres of land, so dogs are often found sniffing around their spacious, fenced yards, keeping an eye out for new visitors. Working dog culture is a part of the dairy community here, so keep an eye on that pup for signs he may be ready to start buying his own treats!
