The city of Canyon sits proudly in Randall County, Texas. This puptown lies in a valley, which connects to Palo Duro Canyon to the east. Canyon offers plenty of dog friendly activities that you can enjoy with your doggo! To keep your pup in good health, there are four veterinary clinics and animal hospitals in Canyon.
Every pup loves a trip to the park, which means that a visit to Southeast Park has got to be in the cards when you are in Canyon! This is a furrific green spot where you and your pup can enjoy a leisurely stroll on the walking path around the lake, as well as play fetch on the grass. What’s more, there is also the Southeast Dog Park here! It is all fenced in for off leash play, and there are separate areas for small and large canines. For a pawsome day out with your beloved companion, jump in the car and head north to Amarillo! This puptastic place is home to Westover Village Park where you can bring your pooch for some exercise and playtime. There is plenty of open space for playing fetch and a walking path that does a loop of the whole park, which is furrific for a leisurely stroll in the sun with your pup.
