Sheridan Parkside

Sheridan Parkside

The small neighborhood of Sheridan Parkside in Tonawanda is just a six minute drive from the heart of Kenmore. It's home to two parks you have to check out with your pup. The first, and much larger, park is Sheridan Park. This expansive park has a variety of pavillions and a golf course, but your dog is going to love the cycling and jogging trails. There's lots of room to roam in this park, so even a high energy dog can blow off some steam. If you're looking for something smaller, try Expressway Field. This park is mostly devoted to a baseball diamond, but there's room to walk around the outer edges.

Riverside

Riverside

Riverside Park in Buffalo is a quick ten minute drive from Kenmore. It's also a fantastic place to get a Niagara overlook area view without having to fight a lot of crowds. If you're looking for a casual place to spend an afternoon, grilling, picnicking, and walking your dog, Riverside Park cannot be beat. Snap a selfie with a fantastic backdrop or just take your dog for a walk near the water. This park is large enough for you to be able to avoid crowds, but off the beaten path for a lot of tourists. Dogs have to be leashed in this park.
