Seven Mile, Ohio was named after the nearby Seven Mile Creek. If you and Fido are looking for a nice, quiet place to escape to for a little while, look no further! Although you and your pooch can enjoy some leashed walks in this small town, you'll need to drive a short distance to find more dog-friendly things to do, like parks, restaurants, and veterinarians.

Hamilton is about ten miles from Seven Mile and offers several things for you and your furry friend to do. You can enjoy a hearty meal at one of Hamilton's dog-friendly restaurants and then work off all the extra calories on the Great Miami River Trail. This trail system was converted from an abandoned rail corridor and offers miles and miles of scenery to explore. Leashed dogs are welcome on the trail; just make sure you bring plenty of water and waste bags to clean up after your pal.

Big Buls Roadhouse in Hamilton has a diverse menu with several adult beverage options. The best part is that you can grab a table on the patio and enjoy some live music with your pup! Sparky needs to stay on-leash while you eat, and make sure your pooch is accustomed to loud noises and lots of people if you plan to chow down here!
