In Williamsburg-On-The-River, you'll find private residences on partially wooded lots that surround a lake. There are some country roads past farmland that are pawesome places for a nice walk with your pup. When you want to enjoy the river, grab your canoe and head a few miles northeast to Weirs Rapids at the end of Range Line Road. Walk along the shore and enjoy the scenery with your pup, or push out into the water and paddle upstream to the Missionary Island Wildlife Area to go exploring. Dogs can join you if they're on a leash. Bring water and waste bags with you.

Ostego

The small neighborhood of Ostego is just north of Williamsburg-On-The-River. This little development features homes on the water's edge. Just downstream from here, there's a nice park where you can walk by the river with your furry friend. Head to Ostego Park off West River Road and go exploring with your pooch. There are hiking trails and a boat launch here. This 21-acre facility also includes a few islands in the Maumee River. Walk along the water's edge or wade over to a nearby island with your pup. Dogs are allowed to come here if they're on a leash and under control.

Tontogany

About four miles southeast of this development, you'll find the small community of Tontogany. This neighborhood features single-family homes, the area high school, and a few parks. You and Fido can take a walk down the sidewalk here for a little exercise. If you want to enjoy some green space with your canine companion, take him to Central Park on North Street. This community facility includes open fields, a playground, and a picnic area. Play some frisbee with your furry friend here, or bring some food and enjoy a picnic together. Make sure you keep Fido on a leash and clean up after him.

Haskins

The village of Haskins is about six miles northeast of Williamsburg-On-The-River. This small community has streets with single-family homes and three area parks. There are sidewalks here where you and Spot can take a daily stroll for some exercise. When you want a change of pace, head to Haskins Village Children's Park off Main Street and walk or jog around the paved figure-eight pathway. Bring your frisbee and play on the lawn with your fur baby. Dogs are permitted in designated areas as long as you keep them under control and on a leash. Make sure you clean up any waste.

Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids is about 5.5 miles southwest of town. This riverside neighborhood includes residential and commercial areas. You can walk along the sidewalks here with your canine pal. Spend a day along the water with your pal at Grand Rapids Park. There's a pathway by the canal where you and Fido will be able to enjoy a stroll. Enjoy scenic views of the spillway and river while you stretch your legs with your furry friend. You can bring dogs as long as they're on a leash and under your control. Make sure you bring along waste bags to clean up any messes.
