You will find the furiendly village of Whitehouse in Lucas County, Ohio. This pawsome place is part of the Toledo Metropolitan Area, and there are some puptastic dog friendly oppawtunities for you to enjoy here! To keep your pup healthy, there are three veterinary clinics and animal hospitals that are located right in Whitehouse.

One of the best places to take your pooch has got to be the Oak Openings Preserve Metropark! This is a pawsome place where you can bring your canine for some exercise and explore the outdoors. There is a sniff-tastic trail for tails that is three miles long, and passes some furrific sand dunes for you to admire. You also have the oppawtunity to spot some wildlife that live here, including bluebirds and songbirds. All furry friends are welcome at the Oak Openings Preserve Metropark, as long as he or she remains on leash.

Another puptastic place is the Wabash Cannonball Trail! This furrific trail is over 62 miles long, and it is one of the longest old rail trails that you will find in the state of Ohio. Not only can you enjoy a leisurely stroll in the sunshine with your pup, but there is plenty of wildlife to see!
