The small town of Napoleon is just 45 minutes southwest of Toledo, and features friendly neighbors and a tight-knit community. Petro Napoleon is located on American Road where you and Fido can take a break and get a snack. There is a pet area featuring waste bags and receptacles, and the store carries a variety of pet supplies. If you are also looking for great medical care for your pup, there is a veterinarian clinic on American Road.

When you are looking for some exercise and a place for the kids to play, head over to Ritter Park on Riverview Avenue. You and Fido can walk along the path and enjoy views of the Maumee River. Your pup will love running through the grass and have a snifftastic time in the gardens. You can even launch a boat from the ramp, or just relax on a bench and watch the kids on the playground.

If you are visiting and need a place to stay, the Comfort Inn & Suites and the Napoleon Inn and Suites welcome pets for an additional fee.

Although Napoleon may seem like a small town, there are a variety of pup-friendly activities to enjoy including several parks and pooch-friendly hotels. Plan to visit the Henry County Historical Society, or take the boat out on the river and enjoy the fun the town has to offer.
