The path zig-zags through this beautiful community green space, through open grassy areas and trees. There’s also a woofderful pond where you can fish or where your pup can dip his or her toes in. Miller Park has picnic pavilions, too! For more furrific fun with Fido in this neighborhood, check out the scents and sights around the playfields at Stone Park and Southwest Park. This neighborhood is also home to Red Bud Park!

11th and Pine Street

There’s all sorts of fun to be had in Duncan’s 11^th and Pine Street neighborhood, about nine miles from Marlow! Fuqua Park is this area’s pawsome community green space that has a variety of things to see and do. Your leashed pooch will love walking with you in the park’s grassy area that is dotted with mature trees. On your walk with Fido, you’ll see a retired locomotive that now serves as a mini-museum, plus an oil derrick display! Fuqua Park also has picnic tables, a gazebo, restrooms and a soothing water garden. For added fun for kiddos, the park has a handful of amusement rides, too!

Whisenant Park

Explore Duncan’s Whisenant Park neighborhood about nine miles south of Marlow! This pawsome neighborhood’s namesake park has a woofderful walking path that’s great for pups and people who want to get some exercise! Particularly pawpular for morning walkers, the paved Whisenant Park walking path runs the length of the park near a small creek and through trees and grass. You and your leashed pup might even see some wildlife like deer, squirrels, raccoons and an array of birds on your jaunt! Get a few laps in on the trail and then enjoy a respite on one of the park’s many benches. Whisenant Park also has a playground for any two-legged children you may have with you.

N 5th St/ E Camelback Rd

Duncan’s N 5th Street/ E Camelback Road neighborhood is another furrific area to visit with your leashed dog! This quiet residential neighborhood is just nine miles from Marlow, and it’s home to a pawsome park! Hillcrest Park has a huge open grassy field where you can exercise your furry friend, plus lots of trees where you and your pooch can chill out in the shade. The park also has lighted tennis courts where your pooch is sure to get excited when he or she sees all those tennis balls bouncing around! There is a splash pad and playground for two-legged children, plus a picnic pavilion with barbecue grills.

Peck

Two pawsome parks are just waiting for you and your pooch to visit in Duncan’s Peck neighborhood! Leash your dog and head to the area’s Mighty Might Park first. This small, but puptastic park is a woofderful spot for a picnic as there are several tables nestled in the shade of a handful of mature trees. There is plenty of grass for your pup to roll around in, too. Mighty Might Park also has a playground. McCasland Rotary Park is located a few blocks away in this residential neighborhood. There, you and your pup can play and romp in the park’s large grassy playfields!
