In the neighborhood of Antioch Park, you and Fido can walk down quiet roads past private residences. When you want a change of venue, take your furry pal to Antioch Park off Blue Hole Road. This facility has some open spaces and woodland area that you and your four-footed friend can explore. Walk along Mill Creek, or bring a canoe and launch into the water with your special buddy. Dogs are allowed to accompany you here, provided that you keep them on a leash no longer than six feet. Don't fur-get to bring some water and waste bags with you.

The Antioch neighborhood includes streets with private residences, some commercial establishments, and a few schools. There are some lovely developments where you and your pup can go for a stroll to get a little exercise. When you want to stretch your legs in some green space, take him to the Mill Creek Greenway Blue Hole Road section. This hiking path is two miles long and links the area middle school with the Antioch Community Center. Dogs on a leash up to six feet long are welcome to join you on the trail. Make sure you clean up after your pup.

Neighbors of Antioch

The Neighbors of Antioch area is a residential development that surrounds some undeveloped land. Here, you and Fido can walk along quiet lanes to get some fresh air. If you're looking for a pawtastic natural area where your dog can get more exercise with you, head to Ezell Road Park on Ezell Road, about three miles north of here. This facility has athletic fields, open space, and a walking trail. Bring a long tether and let your pooch run in the field. Dogs are allowed to accompany you in the park as long as you keep them on a leash and you clean up their messes.

Cedar Pointe

Cedar Pointe

In Cedar Pointe, you'll find apartment complexes and a shopping area. Take your pup on a walk on the streets past Beechwood Terrace Apartments. This peaceful area is bordered by Mill Creek. When you want to take a hike, head south on Hickory Park Drive to the Mill Creek Trail. There's a hiking loop that follows the water and circles back through the woods and open fields here. Dogs are welcome to join you if you keep them restrained on a leash and you pick up after them. Remember to bring some water along for you and Fido when you visit this trail.
Apache Hills

Apache Hills

Apache Hills is a residential development on the western side of the Greater Antioch area. Here, you can take a walk with your pooch down quiet streets. When you want to treat your furry friend to a special outing, take him to the Pitts Dog Park in William A. Pitts Park on Tusculum Road. This facility has a two-acre fenced section where canines can play off-leash. There are benches and tables in the enclosed area so that you can relax while your pup gets some exercise. No need to bring your own water; there's a drinking fountain in the park. Make sure you clean up your dog's waste.
