Pebble Hills South

For another delightful park trip, make your way to Pebble Hills South in El Paso. This is where you will find Pebble Hills Dog Park, an exciting locale made up of three acres where your dog can have a bit of off-leash fun. There are even some obstacles integrated into the park for your canine companion to get some exercise. You’ll need to bring some doggy waste bags to clean up any of Fido’s messes. Don't forget to bring some drinking water for yourself and your pooch, too. Otherwise, just bring yourselves and a fun toy to play fetch with.

Eastwood Heights

To continue the trend, you’d be doggone crazy to miss out on the opportunity to visit Eastwood Heights. This scenic neighborhood is home to Eastwood Dog Park, a definite must-see on your doggy day trip. With fine gravel cover for your dog to tread and plenty of shade for you to relax under, both you and Fido are sure to have fun. There is also an agility course included, and a doggie waste bag receptacle near the entrance of the park. Let your pup off their leash and watch as they have a ball with the other dogs -- a tennis ball, that is!

High Ridge

After a busy day, you’re bound to be starving. For the perfect lunch establishment where your pup will be free to join you on the outdoor seating deck, make your way to High Ridge. This is a scenic neighborhood which is home to a number of tasty restaurants -- but most importantly, you’ll find Ripe here, which locals pawsitively rave about. At this aptly-named restaurant, you’ll have your choice of salad, burgers, and even Swedish meatballs. The outdoor deck is kept plenty cool for you and your pup, and the wait staff won’t hesitate to treat your pup to some ice water.

Rim - University

Consider yourself to be of a more refined taste than most of El Paso would offer? Or maybe you just like green tea -- either way, you should definitely make your way to Rim - University, a neighborhood which is home to the wonderful Tippi Teas. About as eccentric as the name would have you believe, this tea house focuses on teas of the loose leaf variety, but also serves smoothies and matcha lattes. Your canine companion will be more than welcome on the shaded outdoor deck, where your doggie date will be provided with fresh water. Bone Appetit!

Kern Place

Last but not least, if you crave a brew beyond the tea or coffee varieties, you’ll want to pay a visit to Kern Place. Located in this scenic borough, you’ll find the infamous Ode Brewing Company. Popular for their locally-crafted beers, as well as their deliciously shareable entrees, you and your pup are sure to make some new pals on the outdoor deck -- where, of course, your canine companion is welcome to join you. Bring your human friends along, or unwind after a long day with man’s best friend. After all, it’s not drinking alone if your dog is with you!
