Harvest Park
Located on Harvest Parkway, Harvest Park is a wonderful area to spend time with your pup. There are large open fields where Fido can roll around in the grass or chase a ball. Kids enjoy playing on the playground, and you and your pooch can sit on a bench and relax while the children run around. The park is well maintained, so you will need to bring your own doggie waste bags and dispose of them in the convenient trash cans. While out strolling with your pup, you are sure to see friends and neighbors exercising and getting some fresh air.

When searching for a fun destination for the entire family, the Ira Allan Sports Park is a great place to spend the day. You and Fido can walk around the paved pathways while admiring the flowers and plants. The large open fields are perfect for a game of fetch, or just letting your pup roll around in the grass. Kids also enjoy spending time on the playground, and there are restrooms available where you can refill water bottles at the drinking fountain. Your pooch will have a pawtastic day frolicking in the fresh air and running off excess energy.

If you or a family member is looking for an amazing pooch-friendly wedding venue, check out the Quiet Meadow Farm. This beautiful area in Mapleton features a rustic location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The Farm welcomes your pooch to spend your special day with you, and there is plenty of space to walk Fido and keep him busy and entertained. You can also let your wedding guests know their furry family members are welcome at the ceremony, just be sure to clean up after your pup. Just a couple minutes away, the Wayne Bartholomew Family Park is also pooch-friendly and you can spend time with Fido walking around the trails, but your pup is not allowed near the lake or beach.

Just two miles northwest of Mapleton, Big Hollow Park in Springville offers a wonderful walking trail to exercise with Fido. The park features open fields where your pooch can run around or just walk laps and enjoy the exercise. A pavilion is available if you want to invite friends and their pups for a picnic, and the kids will enjoy the playground. There are clean restrooms available near the parking lot, and you can fill up your water bottles at the drinking fountain. Make sure you bring your own doggie waste bags and help keep the park clean.

Provo South
About seven miles north of Mapleton in Provo, Bicentennial Dog Park is a perfect destination for some off-leash fun with your pooch. The park features a double-gated entry to make sure your pup stays safe, and there are doggie waste stations near the entrance. Fido will have a furtastic time running around playing and socializing with the other pups. There is even a fire hydrant which is a popular place for pups to sniff and smell. While your pooch plays, relax on one of the benches and chat with friends, but be sure to bring your own water bottles as there are no fountains in the park.
