Palmyra
Located about 6.6 miles south of Troy, Palmyra is a rural community with some county buildings, single-family homes, and a few churches. You and your special pal will be able to go for a walk along some wooded roads here. For a special treat, head south about 7.4 miles to Pleasant Grove Park. This facility has 969 acres and 22 miles of multi-use trails that wander throughout the property. Dogs on a leash are welcome on the trails. There's also an off-leash dog park at the eastern trailhead where fido can enjoy some social time with other canines. Bring water and waste bags with you.36
