Hi, I’m Kim. I’m very excited to be part of the Wag team! Dogs have always played an important part of my life. Even during times when I didn’t personally own one, there was always a special dog or 2 that a friend would share with me. My experiences have been varied with dogs of all ages and sizes. Just like people, dogs have their own special personalities. I believe this makes for great fun to spend time with and get to know their unique behavior. Taking walks in Seattle neighborhoods is one of my most favorite things to do – especially when accompanied with a dog! I promise to take loving care of your dog so you will have a happy and healthy dog when you are home!

Hey there! I am a pet owner myself; I have three dogs that I love. Junior a lap/pit mix, Missy a Staffy and Piper a German Shep./Boxer/pit mix. All high energy and well behaved. I have been around animals my whole life. Currently when I’m not walking dogs I can be found either working at Petco or for a school. I have experience with various breeds, age and temperament. I believe myself to be honest and trusting and treat each animal as if it were my own, respectfully and loving.

Hi, I am John. I have always had a warm spot in my heart for dogs and would love to help keep your dog happy and healthy, providing his or her daily walk with Wag! I grew up and have lived with many different breeds of dogs, from Miniature Pinchers and Poodles to Boxers and Sheep Dogs. I have experience as a veterinary assistant, a shelter volunteer, and I have cared for a litter of nine healthy puppies from birth until adoption. I am responsible, knowledgable and clear-headed. I understand that dogs are as different from one another as people, and look forward to meeting your special friend!

Edmonds is a furiendly and modest sized city located in the Snohomish County of Washington, and was founded way back in 1890! The town boasts over 325 acres of parkland, several of which pups are welcome to explore, as long as they remain on leash. In case of emergency, or just routine checkups, Edmonds provides nine veterinary clinics and animal hospitals right in town.
No trip to this puptown is complete without a visit to Edmonds Marina Beach Off-Leash Dog Park! Here your pup can enjoy a day at the beach, where he can explore the sand and swim in the sea. What a pawsome place to have fun! You can also bring a favorite ball and Frisbee and have some play time. Since this is a popular spot with dog lovers, its a puptastic opportunity to socialize and make new furry friends.
If you want a bite to eat, but don’t want to leave your pooch at home, stop by one of the dog friendly restaurants in town. In particular, Caffe Ladro is a great place to stop and enjoy a cup of coffee, as well as a tasty treat. There are three outdoor tables where your pup can sit nicely and enjoy the fresh air. If you love seafood, don’t forget to check out Anthony’s Beach Café, which serves up delicious dishes, and offers dog friendly tables on the downstairs patio!
Enjoy a tasty treat and refreshing beverage at a number of dog friendly eateries in the Edmonds neighborhood. For some good American food, head to the Salt and Iron and enjoy a relaxing dinner at one of the dog friendly outdoor tables. If you love craft beer, be sure to check out American Brewing Company. This pawsome place has outdoor tables where your pup can enjoy a nap with you. If you need a place to stay when you are visiting Edmonds, you can enjoy a night in the Best Western Plus Harbor Inn with your pup. You can bring two pooches that weigh up to 80 Ibs for a small additional fee. Since the rooms are limited, it is best to arrange your stay in advance to avoid disappointment!
In the Pine Street Park neighborhood, there are a bunch of pawsome parks you can bring your pup to for some exercise and play time. Edmonds City Park has a puptastic wooded area, where you can put on your hiking shoes and take your furry companion out on the trails. Dogs are welcome on leash, but only in this wooded area of the park. If your stomach starts to growl after all of that exercise, you can head to Girardis Osteria for some tasty grub. Your pup can join you at one of the outside tables, and with a glass wall, they can wag their tail at everyone on the sidewalk!
For an adventure with your furry companion, be sure not to miss out on Yost Park! This beautiful natural park is pawsome for some exercise, with lots of sniff-tastic trails through forests of cedar, alder, maple and hemlock trees. Your pup is sure to love all the new scents and sights! Also keep your eye out for the wildlife that live here, especially birds, and be sure to keep your pup leashed for everyone's safety. There is plenty of shade out on the trails and it really is a hidden gem in Edmonds. There are restrooms near the entrance, but bring your own water if you plan to be hiking for the afternoon.
Another favorite spot for dog lovers in Edmonds is Pine Ridge Park. This beautiful urban forest has around 1.2 miles of sniff-tastic trails that will get your dog’s tail wagging! This is a peaceful place and makes a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, with only bird calls to be heard. You can also enjoy stunning views of Goodhope Pond on your travels. You can spot a lot of wildlife here, such as woodpeckers, owls and squirrels. All pups can be top dog here, as long as they remain on their leash. Bring some water and treats and be ready to have a fun day out!
If you are hungry in this Edmonds' neighborhood, visit oenof the dog-friendly eateries ready to seat you and your pup. If you love Italian food, check out Romeo’s Famous Pizza, which services up some traditional dishes that everyone loves. Plus, the pizzas are made with a delicious homemade dough! Your furry friend is welcome to join you at one of the outdoor tables. For some frozen dessert, head to the Dairy Queen. Here you can get tasty treats, or order something from the lunch and dinner menu. Your pup can also sit with you at one of the outdoor tables.
