Dog Areas in Beverly, MA

Beverly is a moderately populated city in Essex County, Massachusetts that's known for its rivalry with the nearby city of Marblehead. Beverly proudly boasts that it's the "birthplace of the U.S. Navy", a claim contested by Marblehead and a few other cities. Beverly has also been considered the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, since it was home to the nation's first cotton mill. Whether these claims are all bark and no bite is hard to say -- why don't you and Fido visit to find out for yourself?

Apart from its two animal hospitals, Beverly has a few dog-friendly places to see. Stop and smell the flowers at Lynch Park Rose Garden. You and your furry friend are welcome to explore as much as you like, as long as your dog stays leashed and you clean up after them.

Want to grab a bite to eat after all that walking? Enjoy a scrumptious meal at The Indo, Taqueria La Victoria, Gusto Cafe, or the Scotty Dog. All establishments welcome leashed dogs at outdoor tables. Or, if you're just looking to grab something quick, Beverly is also home to a Dairy Queen and Panera Bread.
