Dog-friendliness is apparent in the muttropolis suburb of the country's capital — Centreville, Virginia. Centreville is 20 miles of west of D.C. Despite the suburb being a hub for business, Centreville is packed with fun things to do with Fido! The town is tucked within the head of the Corisca River, which offers a fun place to stroll with your dog along the tributary of the Chester River. Banked against the river, the Centreville Wharf and Deck is another great place to walk your dog on-leash and catch a view of the river.

The fair summers and crisp spring invite dog owners and their furry friends out into hiking trails and parks around town. Also in Centreville are unique culinary hot spots that are totally pet-friendly. Dogs are always more than welcome to lounge on the deck at the diverse, quality restaurants that open their doors to the dogs! With 7 veterinarians within the town limits, pet parents have no need to worry about quick medical access for their four-legged children. There are also plenty of shops, groomers, and places to walk in Centreville, making the town a cheerful place to live for both species!

"Really patient with Busty on their first walk together! He can hide from new people but Ashleigh was kind and got him to come out and go for a nice long walk! Definitely recommend her, especially if your pup is a little anxious."
