The small unincorporated community of Drake, Colorado sits between Rocky Mountain National Park and Fort Collins, two popular attractions in the state. Southwest Windsor Lake in Windsor, CO is about 31 miles away from Drake. This gorgeous area on the southern border of Windsor Lake has two pawtastic dog parks for your pup to enjoy! Let him socialize at Windsor Lake Trail & Dog Park, a small area that’s fenced in and even has access to part of the lake for your pooch to splash in. Or, stop by Poudre Pooch Park, a larger fenced-in park with plenty of open space and grass to run in. Saint Vrain in Estes Park is about 13 miles west of Drake, and sits close to the Rocky Mountain National Park.
