Green Valley is a furiendly town located in Pima County, Arizona. This pawsome place is found along the western side of the Santa Cruz River, and offers lots of dog friendly activities that you can enjoy! To keep your pup in good health, there are five veterinary clinics and animal hospitals in Green Valley.

When you are visiting Green Valley, you have got to stop by the Quail Creek Dog Park! This is a pawsome two acre dog park where you can unclip your pup’s leash and let him run and roam freely. It is all fenced in for safe play and your canine will love to make furry friends here. Just be sure to bring some water for your panting pup after all that fun!

If you are visiting Green Valley with your pup, check in to the Best Western Inn and enjoy a comfortable stay with two pups weighing up to 80 lbs for a small additional fee per night. There is also the Comfort Inn where you can bring two canines weighing up to 40 lbs, and you only have to pay a small additional fee for your stay.

Here you can tuck into some puptastic cupcakes, ice cream, cinnamon rolls and fudge to satisfy your sweet tooth. There are also sandwiches, wraps and salads for lunch! One of the best parks in Green Valley where you can enjoy a run around with your beloved companion is Parque Los Arroyos! This is a green spot in town that is perfect for rolling and roaming. There is plenty of open space for playing fetch with your pup’s favorite ball or Frisbee. Since Parque Los Arroyos is open, it may be best to keep your furry friend on his leash unless your pooch has good recall. Other furrific amenities here include a basketball court, pavilions and picnic tables. There are also restrooms available.

This is a pawsome 4.2 acre park where you can stretch your pup’s legs and enjoy being in beautiful surroundings. There is a sniff-tastic trail where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll with your canine, as well as some grass for rolling and roaming. There are also garden plots and wildflowers you can wander around and admire. For a rest, there are picnic tables where you can enjoy a treat. If you get hungry, head to Jerry Bob’s, which features delicious food at the outdoor tables where you can sit and relax with your beloved companion.
