Tumacacori is a small town in Santa Cruz County. The most notable thing about Tumacacori is the Mission San Jose de Tumacacori which was built in the late 18th century. The Santa Cruz River also runs through Tumacacori, perfect if your dog loves water. There are no veterinarians in Tumacacori, but there is one down the road in Rio Rico.

Spend a day out at the Tumacacori National Historical Park with your pup. The Anza Trail runs through the park where you and your dog can get a good walk in, or the two of you can explore the mission together. The park also offers guided tours, bird watching, and has a large grass area that you both can explore. Make sure to keep Fido on a leash when the two of you are visiting.

Stop into Wisdom's Cafe for a bite to eat with Fido. This family owned business is most known for their fruit burrito, but also serves authentic Mexican food like fish tacos, salads, and quesadillas. Their outdoor patio is covered and welcomes your dog to join you for some delicious food.

Although small, your dog will have a wonderful time exploring the lovely city of Tumacacori alongside you.
