Rehoboth Beach has more dining options than Dewey Beach, so if you’re looking for a good meal before running off some energy, you’ll want to come here. The perfect place to run off that energy is Delaware Short State Park. Your dog is required to remain leashed at all times, but you’ll have fun anyway!

If you’ve had enough of the sandy beaches, and are interested in exploring some more grassy terrain with your toothy tot, you’ll need to head towards North Ocean City. Here, you’ll find Northside Park, which has a nice paved walking path along lagoons and rolling hills.
