Berlin is a great small town in Maryland where you and Fido can relax, get some water time in, and learn a little history. This puptown is most known for the Berlin Commercial District, which consists of 47 late 19th century commercial buildings. Besides beautifully historical buildings, Berlin is also home to four veterinarians, making this a safe town pups want to check out too!

While visiting Berlin, make sure to stop into their newest park, Berlin Falls Park. Featuring two large ponds where Fido can splash around in and a nice walking path, the two of you are sure to have a great day of exercise and outdoor fun here. Just be sure to bring your own water and clean up bags as none are on site. If Berlin Falls Park isn't your style, then check out the John Howard Burbag Park which was named after the town's longest serving mayor. The park is .75-acres and has benches plus beautiful flowers and trees.

After visiting the park, grab some grub at Blacksmith. This farm to table restaurant offers tons of vegetarian options including burgers, tacos, sandwiches, red Thai curry and bar bites. They also have a great cocktail menu, plus their outdoor patio is 100% dog friendly and loves when Fido joins you for a great evening out.
