Dog Areas in Mardela Springs

1 Park

Mardela Springs is a small town in the state of Maryland, near the Delaware state line, in the southeastern most portion of the state. Originally settled in the 1700’s, it became popular in the 1840’s as a resort town, for the health-offering springs here. Still welcoming to visitors from all over, as well as the pup-tastic ones, look no further than the Lonestar Animal Hospital located here to care for your pup, should the situation arise.

Pack up your pup and head to the Mardela Springs Park with your fur-ever friend for some outdoor fun. This park features 4 acres of open space, where Fido would enjoy being taken for an on-leash walk. Let the kiddies play on the playground while you relax with your pup under the shade trees. Sports courts and ball fields top off the amenities here, where you can catch a town game in progress! Why not take lunch to share under the pavilion shelters on their provided picnic tables? There are restroom facilities on site, along with water fountains to fill Fido’s dish.

Mardela Springs is a great place to enjoy one-on-one quality time with your pup in the state of Maryland.
