Westbury
The Westbury development includes an apartment complex and single-family homes nestled among the woods. This area has peaceful roads with sidewalks where you and Spot can enjoy a little stroll. For an outdoor adventure with your furry pal, head to Chancellor's Run Park. This 80-acre facility is just west of the neighborhood, in the town of Great Mills. There are hiking trails through the woods here that you and your pup are welcome to explore. Dogs are permitted in outdoor areas of the park, provided that they're restrained on a leash and you keep them off the athletic fields. Make sure you clean up after your pooch.36

Southgate
Southgate is a residential neighborhood with apartments, town homes, and single-family homes. Here, you can find streets with wooded lots that offer a peaceful place to take your dog for a walk. For a special treat, take your four-footed pal to John G. Lancaster Park to enjoy some off-leash playtime with other pups. This 47-acre facility includes a fenced dog park with separate areas for small and large canines. There are water stations and waste bags here for your convenience. Green Holly is an area with private residences located near the Patuxent River. There are some lovely roads here where you can go for a stroll with your fur baby. When you want to get out and enjoy the water with your pup, take him about seven miles northeast of here to Fishing Point off Cedar Point Road. This 52-acre recreational area is located on the water's edge. Walk through the fields or head down to the beach using one of the designated walkways. Go fishing while your special pal rests by your side. Make sure you bring water and waste bags and keep your pooch on a leash.12

Town Creek Dr
The Town Creek Drive area is a residential neighborhood of private homes on wooded lots. You and Fido can enjoy a daily walk down quiet roads here. If you're looking for a furrific place to go hiking through the woods or to play by the water, head north about four miles to Myrtle Point Park. This 192-acre area includes hiking trails and beach access. Dogs on a leash are welcome to accompany you when you come here. Make sure you bring plenty of water and waste bags to clean up after your special pal when you visit this area. There's a small fee to use this facility.
