I’m Juli. I have been walking dogs for over ten years and as a pet parent I know we all want the best possible care for our pets. As someone with experience with all sizes and many breeds, I understand all dogs require different approaches with the same level of care. Dogs are not just pets, they are family. I hope to be there to lend a hand in taking care of your furry family members.

Hi, I'm Bil! I have lived in the DC/Metro area all my life, and I grew at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains with an incredible Yellow Lab named Lucky. Over the years I have worked with various animal shelters, fostering and rescue programs, and currently I am the proud father of 2 extraordinary rescue pups - Ted, a 5 yr old Pit/Boxer mix, and Dae, a 2 yr old German Shepherd. I enjoy meeting new dogs and learning all of their unique characteristics and personality traits. Your dogs happiness, safety and comfort are my first priority. I will give your dog the care and attention they deserve, and provide a pleasant (and fun) experience for them!

Dog Walking in Pomfret

Pomfret is a tiny village in Charles County, situated in southern Maryland. Pomfret is the perfect place to find some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The surrounding areas have lush and welcoming public parks with trails and picnic options. You'll even find a furrific dog park within a bone's throw of Pomfret! Need some veterinary assistance while you're in town? No vet clinics have set up shop in Pomfret, but you'll find a couple of options in nearby La Plata.

Myrtle Grove Wildlife Management Area is a one-of-a-kind place to visit with Fido! Located in the forest bottomlands of Mattawoman Creek, the area covers more than 4,460 acres of natural and man-made wetlands and forests. This is a prime spot to do some wildlife watching! Pooches are welcome but should stay on their leashes at all times. Apart from walking trails, the wildlife area also offers ponds for fishing and even a shooting range. Keep this in mind if you have a timid pup!

Bensville Park in White Plains is another pet-friendly park not far from Pomfret. Alongside playgrounds and sports fields, this park offers plenty of trails to explore with a leashed pup. Beware, though -- some trails are used by cyclists as well, so if your pup doesn't like sharing the path, plan your adventure accordingly.
