The Eastside Dog Park on Gillionville has 3.5 acres of fenced-in fun to let Fido run off the leash while you relax. It is owned by the Eastside Pet Salon and Gardner & Hydrick Animal Hospital and is full of beautiful shade trees, concrete picnic tables, water, and lots of room to run. They will even give your furbaby a bath when you get done if you want.

If you like to hike, Reed Bingham State Park has some amazing trails along the Little River with a 1,623-acre park that includes boating, swimming, and fishing. Fido can join you on the hike and then cool off in the Little River. The trail is easy with minimal elevation, and it is a little over five miles. Bring some water for both of you and a camera to get some shots of the beautiful scenery and wildlife.

This small city is home to Freedom Park, a dog park that has everything you could ever ask for. The park itself has plenty of trails for walking, running or biking. It also has many sports fields where you can play after your dog is all tuckered out. Furthermore, the dog park has three areas: one for small dogs, one for big dogs and one section for dog running. The park also has plenty of amenities including water and doggie poop bags.

This dog park is completely off-leash. It is also separated into zones according to dog size. The park does not have a ton of amenities so make sure you pack plenty of stuff. The park has plenty of open land so you could even make a day of it! Pack a picnic, take a book and plenty of doggie toys. Your beloved pooch will love you forever!
