“"We all need a loyal friend, friends till the end"”

I have always loved animals and have always wanted to work with them. I was an animal technician at a local veterinarian for 5 years and have much experience working with sick and healthy pets. I do have experience giving medication, fluids and nail care. I also worked for a local pet store for 3 years so I do have experience with many animals including small animals and exotics. I did graduate from a local college with Small Business Management/Animal Technician Certificate. I have done pet sitting for friends and family, and I'm looking to expand. I do have three children who are teenagers so I have more time to do what I love. I have many pets of my own many of them are rescues that I have saved along the way. I have experience working with animals that have come from not so nice backgrounds. Patience is the key with these animals. My heart has always been with the animals and it always will be.

Hello! My name is Mary Kauffman, I live in Brooklyn, and I am currently the proud owner of a Miniature Australian Shepard named Toaster. I recently graduated from Sarah Lawrence College, and I eventually want to earn my masters degree in animal behavior and neuroethology. I spent the last 6 months working at a wolf sanctuary in New Mexico in order to further this dream, but while I'm in NYC I can't wait to meet your dog!

Hello pet owners. I live with my dog Willie and I take care of my neighbors dog. I know how important dogs can be to your family so you can trust me to take good care of your beloved. When I walk my Willie I take him on a run to ensure that he maintains good physical health. I also run him for his mental and emotional well-being as fun and exercise are important components to canine psyche. I love animals and try to understand them. When you trust me with your dog I will listen to them and treat them with care and respect. I am available 11 am -2 pm on most days and available all day every Monday. I would be honored to take care of your pet.
