Be sure not to miss out on the beauty of Frear Park. This is huge urban park with over 247 acres of land. While one of the main attractions is the golf course and ice rink, there are also sniff-tastic nature trails that are perfect for exploring with your pup. In addition, there is the Riverfront Park, which boasts a great location on the Hudson River. With plenty of open grass here for playing fetch and practicing training, and a playground for the kids, this park is sure to become a favorite.

When your stomach is growling, the Daily Grind is calling! This is a pawsome café where you can enjoy coffee and some deli sandwiches. Best of all, your furry friend is allowed to join you inside! There are also a few tables outdoors if the sun is shining. Another puptastic place in Troy is The Greek House.
