Ariana messaged us ahead of schedule to confirm the plans and ask if we needed anything else before heading over. There were no issues at all with her entering the home and getting the pups out (I was a little worried with 3 young aggressive pups!). She was punctual with the report card, very friendly, took great care of them all and gave them extra water and treats, along with a follow up phone call. Very much recommend her !
