Gower is a city in the northwest corner of the state of Missouri. It offers residents and visitors alike a small-town community lifestyle with big-town charm. Gower prides itself in being a pup-friendly city, so you and your pup are always welcome here. If your fur-ever friend ever needs care, there is a veterinarian clinic just 11 miles east of Gower in the city of Plattsburg, ready to take care of any of your pup’s health-care needs.
For some outdoor exploration, or for a day just to hang out with your pawtastic pup, look no further than the Gower City Park. There are landscaped grounds where you can throw down a blanket and enjoy people and pet watching, and paved paths which you and Fido can take a leisurely stroll. These paths are suitable for all fitness level pups, especially the older crowd! A playground offers fun for toddlers, and basketball courts are waiting for the sports enthusiasts. Restrooms are on site as well as drinking fountains. Be sure to keep Fido on leash here and clean up after them to keep this park pup-friendly.
