Kernersville is eighteen miles south of Germanton. Kernersville Dog Park is located with the larger Fourth of July Park. The dog park has a fully fenced enclosure for off-leash exercise and play. The dog park provides a watering station for the dogs (but it may be turned off during certain months). Doggie waste bags and receptacles are available for those necessary cleanups.
