Hola, I'm Luis. I grew up in Mexico City owning a pack of dogs. An Alaskan Malamute named BUTLER then came DOUGLAS, a Siberian Husky, ZOCO a Sherman Shepherd, a toy pooch MINI the Maltese and finally, my over social MOCHA, an stupendous female Boxer that I brought to America. She was the reason that kept me fit and put me in contact with other dog owners for the last 2 decades. She Made me realized the importance and difference of being a Dog Lover vs a Dog Parent. I will be treating your dogs with the same love and care resulting in a positive WAG experience. Happy dogs make happy owners.

- I do travel for boardings and daycare as well. - I'm definitely a dog lover, any time I see a dog I have to say hello. I've always been a big time animal lover, and have provided dog care for quite awhile. I offer dog walking, feeding, and play time. If your dog is under my care, they will have plenty of attention and kindness. I have been a dog lover since I was very young. I have taken in many stray dogs and cats and provided foster care until they have found a suitable home.

I grew up always being around dogs. I have been loving and taking care of them from the time I was little when I first learned how to feed our family's golden Labrador at age 4. I have extensive experience through raising 4 family dogs and taking care of numerous other friend's dogs. It always makes me happy to see them having fun being engaged in play or their surroundings. I look forward to meeting your furry friend!

Hello! My name is Amanda Baalke! I'm 33 years old and live in the Southwest school district in the Greensboro/High Point area. I have always had a connection with animals, especially dogs. Starting as a child, I volunteered at my local humane society. I would go in the morning and spend the whole day walking as many dogs as I could. I was always overwhelmed by the love and joy I could see on the dog's faces. That has always been, and still is, my "happy place." I currently have a 2 year old male Siberian Husky. My goal is to become a foster home for special-needs dogs. I love, respect, and appreciate dogs of all sized and breeds. Every pup deserves love and compassion. I have taken classes from a certified dog trainer to learn the mannerisms and body-language of dogs. I also learned how to quickly and appropriately respond to any situation that we may encounter during our walks. I am looking forward to meeting your sweet pup soon!

Dog Walking in High Point

Approximately 17 miles southwest from Greensboro, North Carolina, lies the city of High Point, an important economic hub for the area. High Point has always had a strong presence of the manufacturing sector and, in particular, the textile industry and furniture manufacturing. It's estimated that there are over 100,000, or hovering right around 100,000, people living in High Point as of today, which naturally means there are a large amount of pets in town.

High Point does not have its own off-leash dog park at this time. This, however, does not stop owners from taking out their dog(s) for a good, long walk. The regional park and natural trails in the region are a perfect way for dogs and their owners to get their exercise in.

Notable trails in the area are the High Point Greenway Trail System and the Piedmont Environmental Center Trail. The first trail offers 9 miles of a linear park along the bank of rivers and streams for a pleasant and easy-going hike, The second trail poses a great challenge and is only available from September until November.

There are also quite a few venues in High Point, North Carolina, which do not oppose dogs with one of them being Shane’s Collection, the famous antique market in “The Bureau” building. There also various breweries and restaurants in town with outside seating area’s such as The Brewers Kettle and The Penny Path Cafe and Crepe Shop.
