Wag! is the nation's fastest-growing network of pre-screened and insured pet sitters and dog walkers. In less than 15 minutes you can book a nearby dog sitter, daycare provider, or dog walker, who'll take complete care of your loved one - at their place or yours.
I love all animals, and have owned and dog-sat a variety of dogs throughout my life. I have 2 rescue dogs, Indiana Jones and Matheson, and get great joy out of spending time with them and watching other dogs, too. I know how important exercise is in a dogs life, and how important convenience is to dog parents. I'd like to be able to help solve both of these things by being available as a walker for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and activity levels - to put some fun and movement into their day!

Proud animal lover and dog mom of two chihuahuas! I’ve walked all kinds of dogs with the Humane Society for two years, and I’ve taken two dog training and intelligence courses. I’m currently studying in Connecticut, but I am staying in my hometown- where I’ve grown up for most of my life- for the summer. I’ve just started working with Wag! but I am committed to providing the best possible service!

I have always been an animal lover (I even celebrated one of my birthdays at an SPCA and asked guests to bring donations for the animals!) and have had many experiences with dogs throughout my time in college. Between dog sitting and walking for a variety of people and dogs, I know that I am committed and excited to look after your four-legged friend. I understand that even though dogs may sometimes have a mind of their own, it is important that they are always be treated with respect.

Located just five miles away from the University of New Hampshire, Newmarket is a town popular with students, but its natural beauty and scenic views also attract those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. With numerous parks and green spaces to explore, as well as a couple of dog-friendly restaurants to dine at, this is a town that both you and your pooch will have so much fun in. While Newmarket is short of veterinarians, you can find one to the south in Newfields should your dog need it.
One of the most popular natural areas in Newmarket is Heron Point, which sprawls out for around 32 acres. Although this is a passive park, there are still a couple of facilities available here, from fishing spots and picnic areas to winding nature trails.
If your pup would prefer an urban park, head on over to the park at the Community Center, which is an acre in size. The park is home to a couple of sports facilities, a skate park, a community garden and paved paths, making it pawfect for a leisurely stroll with your pooch.
Once the two of you have walked up an appetite, there are a couple of dog-friendly restaurants in Newmarket worth trying. Head on over to Gepetto's Pizza for a mix of Italian and Mexican cuisine, while Crackskull's Coffee and Books is ideal for when you and Fido want to curl up with a cup of coffee and a good book, with several outdoor pet-friendly tables to choose from.
With so much to keep you and your pooch busy, there will never be a dull moment for the two of you in Newmarket.
The Newmarket neighborhood lies at the heart of town, meaning that there is plenty for you and Fido to see and do here. This is where you will find Schanda Park, one of the most scenic parks in Newmarket, situated along the tidal portion of the Lamprey River. Although this park may be small at just half an acre in size, it boasts everything from historic mills and a traditional Native American fish weir, to boat ramps and picnic tables, making it well worth a visit. If your pooch could do with a longer walk, head on over to the Leo A. Landroche Memorial Field, where you will find several sports facilities along with a paved walking path.
Located along the banks of the Squamscott River, the Lamprey River Community neighborhood is an incredibly picturesque one, with beautiful riverside panoramas. While your pup may not be that interested in the views, a visit to the Moody Point Open Space area will definitely get that tail wagging. This large expanse of wilderness features both dense forest as well as grassy meadows, giving you and Fido a choice of terrain to play on. There are also a few un-maintained walking trails snaking their way through the grounds, making it easy to explore your surroundings. While dogs are allowed in this public space, they do need to be kept on a lead at all times.
Although Ladyslipper Drive may be quite a small neighborhood, it provides access to a couple of green areas that your pooch will absolutely love. Begin at the Sewall Farm Open Space, where you will find large grassy fields that are encircled by patches of dense woodland, making for a pawriffic dog walk. If your pup still needs more exercise, the Lita Lane Parcel is right next to the Sewall Farm Open Space, and boasts similar features for you and your pooch to explore. Dogs are welcome in both of these public spaces, but a lead, doggie bags and some drinking water for Fido are essential.
The Newfields neighborhood of Piscassic is right next to Newmarket, and boasts a couple of parks that are pawfect for a walk with Fido. Begin at Libby Park, which is a small passive park that provides access to the Newfields Trail. This trail stretches out for just under five miles, looping you around beautiful wildflower meadows that are especially colorful in the warmer months. Another pawriffic walk in this neighborhood can be found at the Inland Acres Town Forest. Although the trails here are not marked, they are well worn, making it easy to follow along the main trail, as well as the smaller side trails that branch off from this.
Less than a mile away from Newmarket is the Durham neighborhood of Durham, and there is plenty for you and Fido to do here. When it comes to dog walks, one of the most popular spots in this neighborhood is the 171 acre Oyster River Forest, which consists of a mixture of both woodlands and fields. There are a few recreational activities that can be enjoyed here, from fishing to birding, as well as a network of trails that you and Fido can follow. If the two of you are feeling hungry after all of that walking, stop off for a bite to eat at Tacomano Street Food. This dog-friendly restaurant serves up dishes inspired by Mexican street food, with some unique menu options to choose from.
