South Hampton
South Hampton is a town just
south of Hampton. The place to take your
pup for some outdoor together time is Hickory Trail. This is a wonderful trail to hike and it is
suitable for all skill levels. The 1.25-mile
trail meanders through a scenic beaver marsh and dense forests. You
and your fur-ever friend will enjoy quiet time listening to the calls of
nature, especially the bird populations that frequent the area. Be sure to keep Fifi on leash and clean up after
her. Be sure to pack snacks or a picnic
lunch to share and plenty of water.

Hampton Beach
The Landing Road Marsh is a great outdoor area for you and your pup to visit, in the neighborhood of Hampton Beach. This wide-open scenic area is a bird-lover’s paradise. Home to many species of birds and a wildlife habitat to many other animals, you and your pup can enjoy wandering around the open spaces of this Marsh with Fido on leash. There are no facilities so be sure to plan accordingly. Afterwards, head to Farr’s Famous Chicken, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for some finger-licking food with your pup on their outdoor patio tables.

Hampton Falls
Visit the town of Hampton Falls, southeast of the town of Hampton, to spend some quality time with your fur-ever friend. The Governor Weare Park is a dedicated sports park with tennis, volleyball, and baseball fields. Relax and catch a game with your pup! Or head to Phillips Park. Although small, you and pup can wander around the grassy areas or find a spot under a tree to read a book. Phillips Park does not have any restroom facilities, and both parks require Fido to be on leash and cleaned up after. Pack a picnic lunch for you both to enjoy.

Great Boars Head
The Hampton Salt Marsh Conservation Area is a dog-friendly outdoor adventure area for you and your pup where you will enjoy the day. Located in the Great Boars Head neighborhood, your pup is welcome to walk on leash on the numerous hiking trails through this extensive salt estuary. These marshes are the perfect place for birdwatching as they are home to numerous exotic species. Be sure to bring binoculars, a camera and plenty of water on this expedition. Pack a nice picnic lunch to share with your pup and spend an afternoon enjoying the beautiful scenery.

North Hampton
The nearby town of North Hampton is home to the dog-friendly Dearborn Park. Take your pawtastic friend to this quiet park where you will find grassy areas for you and your pup to relax the day away. There is also a nice playground for children to play. The park has benches to sit and picnic tables under a pavilion to have lunch. There is a water bubbler to cool yourself, open spaces for Fifi to roam, and porta-potties are provided on site. The North Beach Bar and Grill is your spot to dine outdoors with your fur-ever friend.
