Downtown Hoboken has places to shop and things to see and do. Church Square Dog Run is located at 401 Willow Avenue. This fenced-in dog park gives dogs a chance to socialize with some puppy pals off leash. The surface of the park is a mixture of wood and dirt. Water fountains made for dogs let dogs get a drink while getting a nice cool splash. Human companions have benches, and people can chat as they watch their pups at play. Several restaurants in the neighborhood have dog-friendly outdoor dining. Trattoria Saporito at 328 Washington serves up some Italian cuisine at outdoor tables. Dozzino’s at 534 Adams serves pizza at its outdoor tables.

It is the smallest of the four dog parks in Hoboken. It has a rubber surface, a few benches, and a gorgeous view of the Hudson River. The dog park has a supply of poop bags and waste receptacles for easy cleanup. The dog park also has a water fountain, and some agility equipment for extra fun and exercise. This dog park always hosts a good-sized pack, so your pup is bound to make some new fur-iends!

East
East neighborhood is home to the 1600 Dog Park at 16th Street and Park Avenue. The dog park is over 2 acres of fenced-in fun. Dogs run, socialize, and play on agility equipment. Their humans can sit on nearby benches, and take in the majestic view of the Hudson River. The dog park has water fountains, and doggie poop bags are supplied at the park. The dog run includes an area for small and large dogs. A diverse array of East neighborhood dogs visit this 10-acre multi-sports complex Park. Dogs in Hoboken aren’t allowed on the grass (and there are heavy fines for letting a dog walk on the grass!), and the dog run surface itself is made up of the same rubber surface found in many children’s playgrounds.
