This dog-friendly hotel welcomes up to two canine guests for an extra fee per pet, per night—just be sure to book in advance to avoid unwanted surprises. Each studio suite is equipped with a kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals. If you feel like eating out, though, there are a couple of dog-friendly eateries nearby. Ali Baba Mediterranean Cuisine and Vincent's Brick Oven Pizzeria both offer outdoor tables where you can enjoy a meal with Fido.

You and your tired pup can stay at Motel 6, which welcomes two dogs of any size for no additional fee. Easily accessible from the highway, Motel 6 offers rooms that are equipped with free Wi-Fi, refrigerators, and flat-screen TVs with cable. There are some grassy areas at the back where Fido can walk around and do his business as well. Of course, don't forget to pick up after him! Just a quick drive away from Motel 6 on the opposite side of the highway is Uno Pizzeria & Grill, where you can share a table with your pooch at their dog-friendly patio.

Academy Dr / Union Mill Rd
Let Fido stretch his legs at the Laurel Acres Dog Park in nearby Mount Laurel! With separate areas for large and small canines, this dog park provides a safe environment for your best friend to run, play, and socialize off-leash. Waste bags are provided, but bring wipes or towels as some parts of the dog park can get muddy at times. If you'd prefer to keep Fido mud-free, take a leashed stroll on the walking trails that go around Laurel Acres Park instead. There is also a hill that you and your pooch can climb up to get a good workout in.

The Boundary Creek Natural Resource Area in nearby Moorestown is a woofderful place to take a pawse from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy scenic views of Rancocas Creek and the natural beauty of New Jersey at this 34-acre park, where the boardwalks and trails will take you and your pup among upland and lowland forests, tidal wetlands, and fields. Observation platforms let you watch birds and other wildlife, while benches and picnic tables provide spots to enjoy a packed lunch with Fido. A caveat, though: visitors with dogs have encountered ticks in the area, so prepare accordingly, especially during tick season.

Running through Cherry Hill, Pennsauken, Haddon, and Collingswood, the Cooper River Park is a puptastic place to go for a leashed walk with your best pal. Access this 347-acre park in this Pennsauken neighborhood to enjoy softball fields, volleyball courts, a miniature golf course, the Jack Curtis Stadium, a sculpture garden, and many other facilities. Explore Cooper River Park and get some exercise at the same time by following the trail that loops around the river in the middle portion of the park. The trail is about four miles long, but there are several benches to rest on along the way. If you need to eat afterward, the nearby King of Pizza welcomes dogs at its outdoor tables.
