Center City West
Philadelphia’s Center City West neighborhood has a popular off-leash area: Seger Dog Run. Located seven miles from Pennsauken, this off-leash dog park has one fenced-in and mulch-filled area where your pup can play and meet other dogs. If your dog gets thirsty while they play, there’s water available for them in the park. If your pup is good at the dog park, bring them over to Litterpaw Pet Supply for a special treat. This local pet store sells a wide variety of healthy and nutritious treats for dogs, and they also have toys available. Your pup will love shopping at this store!

Park Drive
When you’re in this Pennsauken neighborhood, don’t make the faux paw of missing Cooper River Dog Park. This dog park offers separate areas for large and small dogs, and both areas feature grassy fields that are perfect for running and playing. There’s also water available for dogs, and there are benches for owners to relax on while their dog plays. After your dog is finished playing, take them for a nice on-leash stroll in Cooper River Park. This park has a beautiful paved pathway that goes along the Cooper River. This Pennsauken neighborhood is home to Pennsauken’s other off-leash area, Bow Wow Park. Here, your pup can play in one of two separate, fenced areas for large and small breeds. Both areas have paved paths to walk on, and there are grassy areas on both sides of the path for your dog to play on. If your dog gets thirsty while they play, water is available. After the dog park, treat your pup to lunch at nearby Macaro’s. This casual restaurant has three dog-friendly outdoor tables, and they serve classic Italian sandwiches, pasta dishes, and more.

For another furrific dog park, head over to this Voorhees neighborhood and go to Connolly Dog Park. Located 12 miles from Pennsauken, this large dog park has tons of great amenities for your pup.
