Centennial Blvd
Connolly Dog Park makes the Centennial Boulevard neighborhood the place where all Fidos find some fun in the leash-free pooch playground. The large dog enclosure is fully fenced and has almost two acres to run and play in. The small dog enclosure gives those smaller pups a half-acre for outdoor exercise. The dog park has a convenient water fountain. Human companions can find a bench shaded by mature trees from which to supervise their doggos as they play. The main park has a short track with lights for some evening strolls with a leashed dog. Gazebos dot the landscape of the main park and provide a place for person and pup to sit and enjoy the breeze and fresh air.36

Blackwood City Limits
Blackwood is eight miles south of Voorhees. Timber Creek Dog Park beckons to pups to come out and play in the woods. Nine forested acres are fully fenced for some outdoor adventure. Dogs of all sizes play in the same space, but with so much land, there is rarely a conflict in the pack. The dog park has water bowls available, but no water is available on-site. Don't forget to bring a water bottle -- and maybe some to share. One highlight of a visit to Timber Creek is the access to a swimming lake! The lake is not within the dog park, but the line of dogs heading there in the summer give away its locale. In addition, the main park has some nice wooded walking trails for a person and leashed dog to explore together.24

Medford City Limits
Medford is located nine miles north of Voorhees. Freedom Dog Park is a huge dog park for dogs that are well-trained. It has twenty acres of grassy field and forest for dogs to run and socialize off-leash. This dog park is not fully fenced, though. The trees along the perimeter form a makeshift barrier but, obviously, aren't enough if a dog has a problem with running off. For dogs that can be retrieved by voice command, this dog park is a truly a special place for dogs to feel the call of the wild. The property includes a sparkling clean creek which many dogs take advantage of no matter the season.12

Mount Laurel City Limits
Mount Laurel is located nine miles north of Voorhees. Laurel Acres Dog Park is the pawfect place to exercise free of the leash. It has a fully fenced enclosure for large dogs, and a separately fenced space gives small dogs their own safe spot to make a furry pal. This dog park includes a double-gated entry and features grass and dirt terrain -- nothing feels better on the paws or smells better to that wet nose! There's no water on-site, so don't forget that water bottle. A few benches give the human companions a place to relax. Waste stations supply doggie waste baggies and make it super easy to clean up.
