Wow! Frankie responded so well to Greg. Actually took his whole walk when he is usually so anxious we are lucky if he will go further than the time it takes him to do his business. Thanks Greg!

Grab Fido and go on an amazing hike through the Hardscrabble Wilderness Area. The 3.5-mile hike offers rolling hills, a pond, and gurgling brooks. With only a 459-foot elevation gain and a loop style route, you and Fido will easily be able to maneuver this trail together. Make sure to keep Fido on leash while you hike. Stop into Orfino's Restaurant after a good hike for some delicious food. Orfino's offers a variety of tasty Italian food in a casual environment. If you're feeling like pizza, stop into Paese Pasta and Pizza. They offer a wide variety of pasta and pizza that you and Fido can enjoy.

Millwood

The Millwood neighborhood is home to two great parks that Fido can exlore with you by his side. The Buck Johnson Park offers a playground, trees for shade, and tons of grass for Fido to run on. The park is fenced in, so if your pup gets loose, you don't have to worry about him escaping. Although the park isn't very big, your dog will still love exploring it with you. The Richard G. Wishnie Park is a small area filled with grass for Fido to run around on. There is grass for you dog to relax on, and a great walking path where you both can travel throughout the park and get a good walk in together. The park is in the process of putting restrooms in, plus another athletic field, making it an even better park to hang out at. Don't forget to bring clean-up bags with you.

Four miles out of Briarcliff Manor is a pawsome off leash dog park for Fido to run around and meet some new friends. The Gedney Park Off Leash Dog Park is unique since it is more like a forested trail instead of a fenced in park to run around.
