I'm a passionate animal lover but specifically adore doggos! I believe dogs are gifts to people and I enjoy spending time, walking, and playing with any and all kinds of dogs. I'm a recent college grad and a fellow dog owner to a handsome Husky/Elkhound mix named Grizzly and a Great Pyrenees puppy mill rescue named Gracie! I look forward to providing you and your dog the greatest Wag experience yet!

Stop by the Salt Museum for a brief history lesson about the city, or else take your pup down to the Shoreline Walking Trail for some fresh air and exercise.
To the north of Onondaga Lake Park, you’ll find the Wegmans Good Dog Park. This 40,000 square foot area is open year round and gives Syracuse’s canine residents a place to run and play safely. The fenced-in space features an obstacle course complete with tunnels and jumps, and benches ring the park both inside and out, providing human guests a place to rest while the dogs romp. A separate area for smaller dogs ensures that all pups can have a good time with dogs they are comfortable around.

For the more adventurous, you can hike down to the trail looping around Woodland Reservoir and take a look at the shimmering lake. Keep in mind that a main road does run through this park, so if your pup is easily spooked, it may be best to keep closer to the lake and quieter trails.
