East Bay Village
East Bay Village is the smallest neighborhood in Bay Village, and home to many rows of residential homes. Reese Park is a recreational park inside the community, with a fenced-in baseball diamond, enclosed tennis courts, and a basketball court with nighttime lights. Additional space is dedicated to open areas, a playground, a pavilion, picnic area, water fountains, and clean-up stations. Along the shore is a narrow park known as Columbia Park, which offers a small open space with a paved path that leads to the lake, and is surrounded by thick trees. There are benches, a playground, and water fountains. Fido must be on a leash inside both parks.36

King James Grant
King James Grant is a residential neighborhood in the city of Westlake, 4 miles from Bay Village. The area is home to the largest park in the city known as Clague Park. The park has a large green space, thick woods that surround the park for shade and privacy, a 1.2-mile paved trail, and a pond for fishing. Leashed pups are welcome anywhere in the park and are allowed in the enclosed tennis courts as long as no teams are playing, with additional access to baseball fields, water fountains, clean-up stations, and benches. Mitchell's Homemade is another dog-friendly stop in the neighborhood that offers homemade sweets and pastries, and dog-friendly seating outside.

Rocky River District
The Rocky River District neighborhood is on the north side of the town of Rocky River, 4.5 miles east of Bay Village. The largest dog-friendly place to bring Fido is Elmwood Playground, which is a mixture of woods and open fields, and two baseball diamonds. The baseball fields are fenced-in and dog-friendly, and are connected by a paved trail that winds through the thick forests of the park. Additional features include water fountains, restrooms, benches, and trash bins. Rocky River Park is another park in the community that offers a lakeside experience with plenty of open space for Fido to run around in. There are clean-up bags, benches, a playground, restrooms, and water fountains available for leashed pups.12

Avon Lake Center
The Avon Lake Center is a central neighborhood that sits right on the shore of Lake Erie in Avon Lake, 7 miles west of Bay Village. The neighborhood has multiple dog-friendly parks like Bicentennial Park, which has over 20 acres of forested area to explore. The park has a paved and dirt trail, with benches, water fountains, and a picnic area for visitors. Dogs are not required to be on a leash inside this park. Bleser Park is on the north side of the neighborhood and has a lot more amenities, like an open field, enclosed tennis courts, a playground, a pavilion, baseball fields, restrooms, water fountains, clean-up stations, and benches.
