Edenbrook
The Innswood Metro Gardens in Edenbrook are a restful place to walk your dog on leash. If your pup is too shy to enjoy a crowded park, this is the place to go. While pets are not allowed into the main gardens, there is a trail along the outside of the park that is dog-friendly. You can observe the gardens from the outside, and enjoy a walk that’s set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dog-friendly trail is .6 miles and doesn’t loop, so it makes a great mild to moderate walk depending on briskness. Bring your own water bottle and bowl so your pup can stay hydrated!36

Willamont
Willamont is an unbeatable neighborhood when it comes to canine-friendly dining in Westerville. Your dog’s tail will be wagging all meal long if you go to one of these three restaurants within walking distance of one another. Start with Massey’s Pizza, where a variety of pizza styles and techniques live together under one roof. They have outdoor tables for dogs, but bring a friend, since they don’t provide table service outdoors! If you want to pick up a delicious sweet or savory treat for after, try Great Harvest Bread, a casual bakery with outdoor tables. For something fast, tasty, and different, Yogi’s Hoagies exists to bring your favorite sandwich combination to life.
