Historic Marion is nestled in the "heart of the highlands," so your pup is just a woof away from barktastic outdoor adventure! If your furry pal is feeling out of sorts while in town, the Smyth County Animal Hospital is available Tuesday through Saturday.

The park is well-kept and maintained with a scenic, tranquil setting that's pawptimized in the fall season when the leaves change color. Although this park isn't busy, you can expect to meet other doggoe owners walking their pups, so make sure to keep your Fido on a leash at all times. Hungry for some grub? The Seven Mile Ford neighborhood located slightly west of downtown Marion offers you and Fido delicious hand-dipped corn dogs! Dipped and fried to perfection, your Fido will be drooling all over one of the five pet-friendly tables outside. Pups with a sweet tooth will love the Dip Dog Stand's frozen delight menu, such as custards, ice creams, and shakes! The Dip Dog Stand is open everyday of the week so make sure to stop by this must-have corn dog pitstop! Ate too much to continue your travels?
