This huge state park is nestled along Lake Michigan's shore and it encompasses 700 acres of land with a variety of terrains. A sandy beach, hiking trails, a quarry lake, and wooded areas are just a few of the things that this place offers. Doggies are welcome on-leash in designated places only, among which is an enjoyable beach! If you're into camping, there is even a dog-friendly campground that you and your pooch will surely enjoy.

This 10-acre park is safely fenced and provides a variety of open fields and wooded areas where pups can have a ball sniffing and exploring! Muttland Meadows Dog Park is located around 38 miles away from Kohler, in Lime Kiln Park in Grafton. Here, you'll find 6 acres of open spaces, hills, and trails that welcome your pooch! The whole place is fenced so it's pawfectly safe to let your pup frolic around off-leash. There is no water source, so make sure you bring water with you. If you have a shy or timid doggo, the trails in the park are located away from the action, which gives scared doggos pawlenty of privacy. The park is open 24/7 and has a parking lot right next to it.

The park is near the marina and offers the most serene views of the lighthouse. The place is fenced and gated for the maximum safety of your fur child. Fido will love sniffing and rolling around in the grass here! For the dog pawrents, there are multiple picnic tables where you can relax while watching your pup play and sniff out some new buddies. Waste baggies are usually available for cleaning up your pooch's messes, but bring some extra just in case.

The trail is 17 miles long, and it's paved, so no muddy paws!  The trail is next to a busy highway, so make sure your pup won't be scared of the sounds before exploring the trail. The trail has some hills, but it's mostly kid-friendly and wheelchair-accessible. The multi-use nature of the trail means that it's highly trafficked by bikers, horses, hikers, and plenty of fur-babies.
