I was a member of the Animal Cruelty Task Force in Milwaukee and have presented statewide on the topic of preventing animal cruelty. I've also attended national conferences on issues of animal welfare and cruelty. I'm excited to help you and your furry friend!

Hello! My name is Samantha. I grew up in New Berlin WI. As a kid, my job was to walk the dogs. The area I lived in was great for taking walks on the hiking trails. I currently live in downtown Milwaukee. It works perfectly for my Frenchie Stella and I. We love to go play across the street at the dog park and take long walks by Bradford Beach. My joy in life is animals and am currently looking for more furry companions to love.

I have lived with and loved dogs my entire life. I am experienced with both large and small dogs, from gentle retired Leader dogs to rambunctious hunting hounds. I learned how to handle large dogs at a young age. My grandparents have hunting dogs, so I also learned how to work with them some, as well as what to do with more defensive dogs.

Dog Walking in Oak Creek

The Milwaukee suburb of Oak Creek has tons of great things to do with your dog. There are plenty of parks where you can take your dog for long walks, and Oak Creek also has one large off-leash dog park. Plus, if your dog needs to see a vet, you’ll have five great veterinary clinics to choose from.

If your dog is itching to go off-leash, head to the Runway Dog Exercise Area. To use the park, you’ll have to get an annual pass or a day pass. Once you do that, your pup can run and play for as long as they like. The large park has tons of open space, making it perfect for a game of frisbee or catch. There’s also a separate area for small dogs. Your pup will have a ball at this dog park!

The Oak Leaf Trail is another popular place to go with dogs. This 120-mile trail goes through the entire Milwaukee area, and the path is mostly made out of smooth asphalt. Pick up the trail on W. Oakwood Road in Oak Creek, and enjoy a long scenic walk with your dog.

Oak Creek is filled with things to do with your dog, from large parks to dog-friendly restaurants, making it a furiffic place for any pup to live!
